Our team promise that our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your products before buying in case any mistakes.
We gladly arrange an exchange or a refund for you for most items if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your order!
How to submit for Return & Exchanges?
1. Sign into your account.
2. Find the order in 'My Orders'.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, and click 'Return Request.'
4. Fill the refund request form, then submit.
Note: Please read our Return Policy before submitting the return & exchange application.
After your application
1. After receiving your application, our customer service will contact you within 48 hours and give you some instructions.
2. Please pack the return item(s) in their original packaging within 7 days after we pass your application. We won’t accept your return or exchange if packing exceeds 7 days.
3. Choose your own logistics company and mail the package.
4. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition.
5. Refund & exchange will be processed within 7 business days once get the return package.
1. Return address isn't the company address on the website. Our customer service will provide you a return address
2. If you ask for a refund, please pack the items with an RMA form which offered by our customer service. We won’t accept your return without an RMA form.
How to Reach Us
Go to Contact Us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
30 Day Returns Warranty
Customers can submit applications within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. The request will be not accepted if the application exceeds 30 days.
About the Shipping Fees
1. Fair Lady’s Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Fair Lady is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
2. Customer's responsibility:
1. Incorrect order (size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Postage cost will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.
2. Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product. Customers are allowed to ask for a partial refund, which is usually 50% of the product price. And The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Requirements for returned items
1. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, swimwear, and discounted items.
Additional notes about Warranty
1. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
2. If it’s not Fair Lady’s responsibility, all shipping fees to return the item are at customers’ expanse, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. If we fail to receive a return parcel for returning, the buyer needs to undertake the loss.
4. If the items we receive don’t meet our requirements for returned items, we won’t accept the return or exchange.
1. Since it is manual measurement, the physical size may be slightly different from the size chart.
2. Due to the shooting light and the screen setting, the physical color may be slightly different from the picture online.
3. Please notice some products may have an odor, fading, spinning, and wrinkle due to the feature of the material, it is not a quality problem.
4. There may be a little stain in the production process of the product, which does not affect the use of the product.
5. It is possible that some clothing buttonholes do not open. Please cut it with scissors after it is received. Please do not cut the buttonhole beyond the border.
6. Accessories, colors, patterns, product details, and so on may be slightly different from the pictures online due to different production batches.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. And refunds will be back to your Paypal directly.
